A beautiful pendant featuring two winged dragons. The dragon is a creature of myth and legend is found in almost every culture of the world. In Celtic mythology, the dragon was believed to be of a world that existed in parallel to the visible world. The dragon was a gatekeeper to other worlds and guardian to the secrets and treasures of the universe.
It was thought that the path the dragons took was important to the flow of energy through the physical world. Areas where the dragon paths crossed or places the dragons stopped to rest became charged with spiritual energy, hence the powerful symbolism of these two creatures crossing and intertwining.
